By purchasing this service, you agree to inform the Concierge Team in a timely manner of relevant employee and client anniversaries, birthdays, milestones, and other events that allow the Team to provide suggestions for purchase.
This service includes:
- A dedicated page for your firm for easy ordering and customization
- Store page will retain items and previous packages ordered for easier reorders.
- This package includes a customized experience where we will receive a list of your clients that you would like gifts sent to on special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, life events, etc.).
- We will send you a spreadsheet at the beginning of each month highlighting each client that has an event the next month.
- We will track all previous orders to clients and show you what you sent them previously and provide additional suggestions for gifts you can send.
- Includes identification of specific events/gifts that you would like to send. We will do all the legwork to find the items and provide pricing, ordering, and shipping of the gift.
This service requires a clear hi-rez logo image in transparent png or vector format for all customized products. A recreation fee will be charged for all logos that do not meet manufacturers' standards.
